Shipping policy

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for all orders to be picked, packaged and dispatched. 

Shipping is set at a flat rate of £2.95

Smaller orders are all shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class with a timescale of 2 to 3 working days to arrive at your door. 

Larger orders are all shipped via courier service. We try to aim for next day delivery but this can be slightly longer and always come with a tracking number for peace of mind. 

If you are purchasing a high value crystal and would like this to be fully insured please drop us a message and we can arrange this, please note this does incur extra costs.
